Charlotte County Seniors Resource Centre is located inside Saint Andrews Wellness Centre at 24 Reed Ave, St Andrews, New Brunswick, E5B 1A1
Charlotte County Seniors Resource Centre is helping seniors 60+ in Charlotte County and the Fundy Isles. Our role is to guide seniors to access services that are available to help our clients remain in their own homes. There is no fee for any of the services we provide.
What We Do for Seniors:
- Help with applications for Social Development programs including Health Services and Long-Term Care
- Source Adaptive Equipment Loan Programs
- Provide information on health services such as Canadian Dental Care Plan, Medical Supplies / Services Program and Hearing Aid Program
- Provide forms for applications such as Low-Income Seniors Benefit and New Brunswick Prescription Drug Plan
- Provide information on aging well and staying active through education sessions.
- Connecting Seniors to our volunteer “Buddies”. Creating and maintaining a connection to the community.
- Help with isolation by informing seniors of social gatherings and groups.
Are You a Younger Senior? We Can Help Plan for the Future:
Seniors in their early 60s may not need our services right now, but we can help you plan to age in place. Health changes happen quickly, we can help you to prepare. We can show you all the programs and services available now and in the future.
