A 4th year Honours student in the Bachelor of Health program at the University of New Brunswick (UNB), Saint John Campus has reached out to us with the Cardiac Rehab survey. As part of her Honours thesis, and a larger ongoing research initiative, they are currently seeking individuals in the Atlantic provinces who would be willing to complete a survey pertaining to their experiences with Cardiac Rehab.
They are also interested in hearing from individuals who experienced a heart attack, a heart surgery/procedure, heart failure, or other heart conditions, who did not participate in Cardiac Rehab! The survey is available in both English and French, takes about 20 minute to complete, and participants will have the opportunity to enter a draw for a $50 gift card. They hope to gather as many perspectives as possible to better understand patient experiences, needs, and challenges.
