Starting July 5th through September, every Sunday for Railway Pie with two seating times: 1:00 PM and 2:15 PM. Each visit includes your choice of pie, a beverage, and a self-guided tour of the station’s historic main floor all for just $15/person. Hospice of Charlotte is looking for caring and compassionate volunteers to join their team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in Charlotte County who are living with a life-limiting illness. As a volunteer, you’ll provide comfort, connection, and support through services such as companionship, emotional support, caregiver support, and respite care No previous experience is required. Volunteers will receive 20 hours of training to help them feel confident and prepared for their role. Volunteering with Hospice of Charlotte is a rewarding opportunity to give back to your community, build meaningful connections, and bring comfort to those who need it most.
