In addition to the valuable work done as Senior Resource Coordinator on Grand Manan and Whitehead Island with Charlotte County Seniors Resource Centre , Sharon Cossaboom has taken on another initiative to help the community! She is partnering with the Village of Grand Manan in the development of a Vulnerable Population Contact List. Along with healthcare providers, emergency response teams, and community organizations, work is being done to ensure the list is accurate, confidential and accessible only to authorized personnel.
