We at Charlotte County Seniors Resource Centre /NHWW know how important it is for aging adults in Charlotte County and the Fundy Isles to stay living independently in their homes for as long as possible. Through initiatives like the Nursing Homes Without Walls program, the Healthy Seniors pilot project, the Low-Income Seniors’ Benefit, the Seniors Long-term care plan as well as other benefits, subsidies and helps, our team is working hard to support our precious aging adults. To those of us who are not yet in their shoes, please take time this week to honor and express your appreciation to the seniors in your life and show them how much they mean to you.
